How we handle your information

What we collect

When you submit the quote form or the contact form we collect the name, phone number and any email address, city, electricity bill, consumption, property type and message you choose to give us. When you use the solar calculator we record the figures entered and the estimate produced, so we can improve the tool — this is stored without any name or contact detail unless you also submit the form.

What we do with it

We use it to respond to your enquiry, to size and quote a solar system, and to assist with the applicable government subsidy process where relevant. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

Analytics and cookies

This site counts page views using its own database — the page address, the referring website and the date. No IP address is stored, no advertising or analytics cookie is set, and no third-party tracking script runs on these pages.

Keeping and removing your data

Enquiries are kept while they are relevant to serving you. You can ask us to remove your details at any time using the contact information below and we will do so.
